CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time and my time are valuable, and we strive to provide the best service experience possible. To honor this commitment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Policy Details: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of the 50% amount of the service booked. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures that our time is used efficiently. Exceptions will be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
